When adidas needed to introduce Gen Z to its iconic 80’s basketball shoe the Forum (MJ’s shoe before the Jordan) it only made sense to let women show us how they’d style it. With one-of-one vintage looks straight from the past. We took it back to Forum’s OG era by flipping a 1984 city bus, inviting seven Gen Z fashion influencers and style editors to board, and took them on a “Thrift & Ride” tour thru Brooklyn vintage shops—the whole thing documented by them. Not only did the day end with 28 one-off looks for Forum, people on social could enter to win a look styled by their fave creator. Directed by Jams x Bash.
